Primary Communication Channel: Our resident portal at wertzgroup.managebuilding.com remains the primary method for all property management communications, including maintenance requests, rent payments, and lease information. SMS is offered as an optional convenience for quick questions and updates.
SMS Communication Is Optional
You are never required to use SMS to maintain your tenancy or access any services. All property management functions are available through:

Choosing not to use SMS will not affect your tenancy, lease terms, or access to any property management services.
How to Opt In
You can join the SMS program in either of the following ways. Consent is never collected through a lease, a rental application, or any other agreement, and consent to receive messages is never a condition of tenancy or of any service.

- Texting us first: if you choose to text this number, you consent to receive SMS responses to your inquiries. You may stop at any time by replying STOP.
